Let`s talk about fabulous Sanctuary Cove!

Sanctuary Cove is one of the most remarkable Marina villages in the world. Here you`ll find the 5 star Hyatt Hotel grounds bordering the Marina with their famous huge "Sea side" swimming pool (only 1 minute walk from "Boathouse"). In the other direction is the Marina shopping Village with restaurants, high class shopping venues, Night Clubs and the luxury boats of Gold Coast`s "Jet Set".
There`s an owners` carpark right next to the Marina berth and as a guest at "Blue Bayou" you`re a member of the "Sanctuary Cove Yacht Club". For the golfer this is Golf Haven with two of Australia`s top 18 hole courses at Sanctuary Cove. A drive to Surfers Paradise is only 15/20 minutes away and of course there`s Movie World, Sea World and all the attractions of Queensland`s Gold Coast only a few kilometers away. |

On main deck there are three double bedded rooms, a twin bed room,and the lounge has a huge "Bale" style sofa.Another "Bale" is available on the upper deck with mosquito netting for a perfect night under the stars
Blue Bayou is licenced for 12 persons.but we prefer a limit of 8 guests...for real comfort.
Your hosts John Forsyth and his charming wife Aileen recently sold their major travel wholesale business and "retired" to the Gold Coast.
They`ve established "Asia Travel Experts" and "Houseboats Worldwide". It`s their intention to offer a unique experience to guests, going beyond normal hospitality.For over 35 years John & Aileen earned the reputation as experts when it came to Bali, Asia & independant travel. John was the first tour operator to open up Bali from 1966 taking intrepid tourists to Portugese (then!) Timor and on through Flores and Lombok to Bali before an airport was built on the "Island of the Gods". Whilst John was busy opening up new Asian destinations, Aileen showed an incredible abilty with her "sensing" of clients needs. Her efficiency & cheerful good nature became a byword in Asian tourism. |

Your booking can be made through many on-line agencies or direct...Simply go to "A Booking?" in this WebSite. Deposit is $500.Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival either by credit card or cheque.A $500 bond is taken by credit card but not charged unless damage occurs.
Cancellation.....A fee applies for cancellation..(This can be waived if an alternate booking is made) Should cancellation be advised under one week prior no refund is applicable.We suggest insurance can be taken out (We can assist) which would cover cancellation fees due to illness & the like
An adjacent private parking area is available
Check in time is 2 PM (or earlier if no prior booking) Check out time is 11 AM (or can be extended to 3PM without extra charge if no arrivals that day)
