Enjoy stress free lazy days aboard Maple Leaf. Purpose built & designed in New Zealand, Maple Leaf is situated less than thirty minutes north of Kerikeri on the Whangaroa Harbour.
Maple Leaf is 43 x 17 feet and features a large cabin area, 2 double berths and 4 single berths. The bathroom has a full size shower, vanity & WC. A fully equipped galley includes fridge, two burner stove, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. All linen except towels is provided. |

What to Bring
|
Your houseboat comes equipped with a gas BBQ, gas fridge and 2 burner stove. Kitchen and cooking items are all supplied. (including dishwashing liquid, tea towels and cleaning equipment)
Rubbish bags are also provided - please remember, everything must be brought back to the houseboat base.
It is recommended that you bring a chilly bin for cold drinks etc. and to freeze as many other items beforehand.
Bed linen is supplied for the number of persons on board so we need your requirements for double and single berths. You will need to bring your own towels, facecloths etc.
Your possessions should be brought on board in sports bags (not suitcases). Soft soled shoes are normal for boating. Remember there are no laundry facilities on board so bring ample clothing. |

Safety
|
All safety equipment required by Marine Regulations is carried on board and full instruction is given in its use.
VHF Marine Radio, GPS/Plotter and Charts are all part of your houseboat equipment.
The Hirer of the houseboat will be given instructions on:
(a) correct and safe handling and navigation of the boat
(b) correct and safe operation of machinery, fuel gas and pumping systems
(c) stowage and use of lifesaving appliances
(d) location and use of fire appliances
(e) The boats operating limits and any other conditions on the use of the boat.
